Yes, we do ship worldwide for all original paintings and prints! Shipping rates vary according to the location.

When will my order ship?

Both original paintings and prints typically ship out within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the day of order.

How to check the status of my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. This tracking number can be used to monitor the status of your shipment.

What is your return policy?

We have a 28-day return policy for prints only, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused and in its original packaging.

We will then confirm if your return is accepted and if so, send instructions on how and where to send your package. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer. Once a return is received and found without damage, your refund will be issued. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What if my order is defective?

Please inspect your item immediately upon receipt, and contact us at immediately if the item received is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will reach out to you as soon as possible to discuss the matter.

What items are non-returnable?

We only accept returns for prints. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for original paintings or commissioned work.
